Tips
The hotel or restaurant bill includes the service, however, carriers and the hotel staff usually expect an extra. Also in restaurants and cafés it is a good habit to leave a tip. In case of small amount you may just leave some coins, whereas for more consistent amounts we suggest to leave a 5-10% of the total bill. Usually the tip is given at time of paying. Taxi drivers, tourist guides, cloak-room assistants and coiffeurs generally receive a tip of 10%

Driving license

Visas and personal documents
European citizens don’t need a visa to enter Austria for a period of up to 3 months. Children and young people until 15 are required a personal card to go abroad, or must be registered on their parents’ passport.
